Here at Shuel Construction we understand the ever growing issue in housing that is damp and mould.

Damp and mould is a big issue that requires strict processes and tight management. 

With each case we deal with we carry out a strict 3 stage treatment process to tackle the issue directly.

Firstly washing the mould off the surface. Secondly penetrating the affected area with a fungal treatment to kill off any bacteria that remains unseen and hidden. Lastly, and most importantly. Coating the area with a paint which is specially designed to hold back any persistent bacteria from appearing on the surface again.

We also understand that in many cases the presence of mould proves the existence of an underlying issue. In most cases we have been able to diagnose the cause of the issue whilst treating the affected area. If not we are able to carry out a non-invasive diagnostic report to prevent the mould from coming back.
